CLUB SCHEDULE
Run Soleus Club hosts weekly running activities for its members, scheduled from the 2nd to the 4th week of each month. The 1st week is designated as a health break, during which all running sessions are paused. This intentional rest period allows the club’s administrators, organizing team, and members to recover and recharge.

WE RUN WEDNESDAYS
Schedule: Wednesday @ 7:30 PM
Venue: Marikina Freedom Park
“We Run Wednesdays” is a weekly community run that begins at Marikina Freedom Park and explores various parts of the city. The entire group follows a 4:1 run-walk interval (running for 4 minutes, walking for 1 minute) at a pace of 8:30 to 9:00 minutes per kilometer, making it accessible and enjoyable for beginners and experienced runners.
AFTER HOURS
Schedule: Thursday @ 7:00 PM
Venue: Marikina Sports Complex
“After Hours” is a weekly community run at Marikina Sports Complex, offering better access for Marikina & Rizal based runners. The venue provides a safe, spacious setting for evening sessions that combine easy runs with mobility drills, circuits, and strength work for well-rounded fitness.
FAST TRACK
Schedule: Friday @ 7:30 PM
Venue: Marikina Sports Center
Fast Track” is a high-intensity training session designed for runners aiming to hit strong race performances and break personal records. It focuses on speed work, intervals, and race-specific efforts to help you level up and compete at your best.
