Run Soleus Club takes pride in its commitment to maintain a welcoming, safe, and respectful environment for all runners.
This is a highly-organized and professionally trained running club in Marikina. The Code of Conduct was designed to set clear expectations about behavior and safety during our activities. Everyone is welcome to join RSC as long as they honor the CoC. Ignorance of the CoC shall excuse no one.
By establishing these guidelines, we aim to prevent potential misunderstandings, protect our members from abusers, and uphold high standards in sports training.
We’re reminding everyone to uphold this Code of Conduct as we remain a strong, respectful community where every runner, regardless of status or strength, feels safe and supported.

- Physical contact between members should always be appropriate and consensual. A handshake or high-five is allowed.
- Unpermitted touching or any form of physical intimidation or unwanted affection is prohibited.

- Pace leaders have been trained or assigned based on their experience, and their decisions are made with the group’s best interests in mind.
- All participants must maintain a positive and respectful attitude towards pace leaders and administrators. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior towards them, or any attempt to undermine their role, is unacceptable.

- The club will not have any official chat group. All information or announcements will be released through our social media platforms.

- All members are expected to be self-sustaining and financially capable.
- Members are highly discouraged from borrowing or lending money within the club to prevent potential conflicts, misunderstandings, or financial pressures.

- Any costs associated with club events, such as travel or activity fees, will be clearly communicated in advance, and members are encouraged to reach out to club leaders if they have concerns regarding financial contributions.
- Only administrators of the club may represent the club or communicate on its behalf. Runners should verify the identity of anyone claiming to represent the club, especially in communications or financial matters.
